Saint Francis-Emory Healthcare in Columbus, Georgia has been officially recognized as the first Purple Heart Hospital in the state. The designation was celebrated with a Purple Heart Proclamation Presentation and ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking a historic milestone. This honor is awarded to medical facilities that show a strong commitment to recognizing and supporting Purple Heart recipients and those who have been wounded or killed in service for our nation.
Chapter 576 delivers 250 holiday gift bags to 5 Armed Services groups stationed at Dobbins Air Force Base December 2025.
The Tammy S McEver, Christmas Assistance Program (CAP) Donor award is presented to Chapter 576 MOPH for their contributions in 2023 in supporting 333 Georgia Guard Children and youth in need during the Christmas season.
